Happy Friday! We have been having a blast at Maple Seed. It has been especially great spending so much time outside enjoying this warm weather. Next week is predicted to range between the high 60s and low 80s. It’s a great week to send summer clothes and sunblock to school. Healthy Breakfast Cookies that Polly gave us!
2 Mashed Bananas
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/3 Cups Rasons
2 Cups Quick Oats
Bake at 350 Degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 15.

Another wonderful week at Maple Seed! The rainy cool days have started. Fall is definitely upon us. Time for cozy sweaters and hot beverages!

Our friends are having a great time working inside and exploring what we have at school.

Andrea baked some delicious zucchini muffins with the help of some friends! Andrea didn’t use chocolate chips and substituted with spelt flour. You can find the recipe by following this link: Zucchini Muffin Recipe.
